Julie Edwards
Director
Julie has a level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services and has 24 years experience of providing and directing care services. The person registered with the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (Wales) as the Responsible Individual and Registered manager is, Julie Edwards.

Tina Manley
Senior Carer
Tina is an experienced Senior Carer and is responsible for the vast majority of staff spot checks and supervisions. Tina also undertakes the initial visits with a new service user and is responsible for service users care planning, risks and reviews. She holds a level 2 & 3 in health & social care and a level 4 & 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and has over 30 years experience in health & social care.

Dolphin Care Health and Social Care Workers
We have a highly competent team of 16 care givers, all of whom are trained to a high standard. All care workers are subject to a stringent recruitment process before they are hired, including a DBS check, references and interview. All care givers receive intense initial training and induction covering all areas of care as instructed by the ‘Social Care Induction Framework for Wales’. This includes Manual Handling, Health and Safety, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Medication, Safeguarding and Dementia. Further specialist training is provided to all staff where needs are identified. Dolphin Care are committed to care givers upskilling through the National QCF framework.

Admin and Care Co-Ordinators
Those calling the Dolphin office will speak with our 2 friendly admin staff, Tracey and Skye. Both have a QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care Services. They deal with the day to day running of the office and are always happy to help with any queries.
